I’ve founded a few businesses, mostly in drinks and consumer. Most recently LOAH®, an alcohol-free fruit beer brand, which Cawston Press acquired in 2024. Before that a natural wine merchant. I spent several years inside Distill Ventures, the world’s first drinks accelerator backed by Diageo, working with founders across its portfolio: Seedlip, Starward, Belsazar and others.

These days I work with early-stage founders on the things that are hard to get right early: brand, proposition, how you actually reach the people you’re for. I also do project work for funded teams and the occasional piece for investors looking at emerging consumer categories.
